Inventory & Specialty Operations Manager

Ron Gonzales has over 40 years of experience in the industrial high pressure cleaning industry holding various positions in sales, service and management. Ron has been working with Hotsy equipment for 30 years where he began his career in sales and service. In early 1990, Ron started his career with the Hotsy Equipment Company (HEC) in San Antonio, Texas as a service technician eventually moving into management as a Service Manager in 1995. Today, Ron is the Inventory & Specialty Operations Manager for HEC where he is responsible for overseeing the parts department for HEC’s multiple service locations and manages a major HEC account. During the 1990’s, Ron was instrumental in the engineering and the building of smart control systems for industrial pressure washers that were sold nationally through Hotsy’s Distributors. Moreover, Ron developed a service technician training program in conjunction with the Hotsy Corporation and also, re-engineered Hotsy’s gas engine units with 12-volt burners in order for the equipment to operate more efficiently. In 2006, Ron was part of the duo that secured a Master Services Agreement with H-E-B Grocery Company for HEC that led to an initial sale of 350 pressure washers to H-E-B Grocery Company. Since this time, Ron has overseen and managed the delivery and installation of pressure washers to 364 H-E-B store markets plus an additional 150 units to H-E-B Car Washes. Ron is regarded as an expert in high pressure cleaning systems and leads a team that has assisted HEC customers throughout the United States and overseas in troubleshooting their pressure washer issues for over 30 years.
